Notification of company name change
The Company carried out an absorption-type merger on April 1, 2023, with TTC Holdings Ink., which is owned by the Carlyle Group and the Company's wholly owning parent company, as the surviving company and TOTOKU ELECTRIC CO., LTD. as the absorbed company. And, the Company changed its name to the following.
Current name:TOTOKU ELECTRIC CO., LTD.
New name:TOTOKU INC.
There will be no change of company address, phone number etc.
