The TOTOKU Group has a policy of not using minerals that have been mined unlawfully in conflict regions or components that are made from such minerals in its products.
We request the understanding and cooperation of our business partners for the TOTOKU Group’s efforts toward the elimination of conflict minerals.
(Note) It is believed that minerals (tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold) mined in the Democratic Republic Congo and surrounding areas and derivatives of those minerals are being used to fund armed groups that commit inhuman acts. International efforts are being made to cut off this source of funds from such armed groups.
