Totoku Launches the CCL240, its New, Color, 24.1”, 2.3MP, Widescreen LCD for Clinical Review

November, 09, 2009 – Tokyo, Japan - Totoku is pleased to announce its new CCL240, a 2.3MP, wide-screen, DICOM LCD, designed as a clinical review system for radiology workstations and beyond.

“We believe the CCL240 can be placed in virtually any department where secondary review may occur,” says Mark Yoshida, Product Manager of Totoku North America. “Departments such as cardiology, oncology, nuclear medicine, and pathology will appreciate the wide viewing angles of the display, which allow physicians to view multiple images on a single display, simultaneously."

The CCL240’s ultra-wide 24.1″ Super-IPS panel helps prevent color shift at the furthest vantage points, thereby improving viewing angles for impeccable image reproduction and a superior ergonomic design. Additionally, the ultra-wide panel enables physicians to view multiple images from multiple modalities, simultaneously.

The CCL240 is compatible with any PACS, cardiology, EMR, or pathology network and is DICOM calibrated for confident image review.
